"Winter Holidays" chicken and prune salad

Delicate and juicy salad for the festive table for the most meetings and the best moments.

Chicken fillet 200 g

Cheese 100 g

Canned corn 100 g

Prunes 50 g

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Boil chicken fillet and eggs until tender.

In a bowl, combine the diced eggs, chicken, and canned corn.

Soak prunes in hot water, drain the water, dry the prunes.

Add diced fresh cucumber and grated cheese to a bowl.

Add chopped prunes and mayonnaise.

Stir the salad. Salt to taste.

Place in a salad bowl and decorate as desired.
