Classic okroshka with sausage

Cold okroshka on kvass, which can be tastier on a hot summer day.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Bread kvass 1-1.5 l

Boiled sausage 200 g

Potatoes 3 pcs

Eggs 3 pcs

Fresh cucumber 2-3 pcs

Radish 5-6 pcs

Dill 1 bunch

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Sour cream 4-5 tbsp. l.

Salt 1/2 tsp


Boil potatoes and eggs, cool and peel.

Rinse and dry greens, cucumbers and radishes.

Dice eggs and potatoes into a bowl.

Add the diced sausage.

Add diced cucumbers, radishes and finely chopped herbs.

Season with salt and sour cream.

Add to you and mix well. Let okroshka brew in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

Serve with horseradish.
