Buckwheat soup with meat dumplings

Buckwheat soup with meat dumplings is a dish that will please any member of your family. You will definitely receive a mountain of compliments.

Water 2 l

Minced meat (pork + beef) 100 g

Onion 1 pc

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Egg 1 pc

Buckwheat 3 tbsp. l.

Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste

Ground pepper to taste


Rinse buckwheat. Pour water into a saucepan and add buckwheat. Put to cook.

Peel potatoes, onions and carrots.

Cut the potatoes into slices, grate the carrots.

Add to semi-boiled buckwheat and cook over low heat.

Mix the minced meat, chopped onion and egg.

Season with pepper and salt to taste. Add flour and mix well.

Dip the meat dumplings into the soup with a dessert spoon.

Cook for another 10-12 minutes.

Season the soup with salt and add finely chopped herbs. Cover and let it brew for a couple of minutes.

Arrange the ready-made buckwheat soup with meat dumplings in deep bowls and serve.
