Boil the rice, put it in a drushlag, rinse.
Cut the carrots into strips.
Onions in half rings.
Fry the carrots and onions in vegetable oil.
Boil the water and add the diced potatoes. When it's cooked add also the diced tongue.
Add the diced pickles.
Then add boiled rice and sautéed vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste. Boil a little and serve.
