Treasure Island salad

This delicious, layered salad with crab meat and red caviar will decorate any New Year's table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Crab meat 200 g

Rice 50 g

Red caviar 30 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Mayonnaise 4 tbsp l.

Processed cheese 2 pcs

Parsley (greens) to taste

Salt to taste


Boil eggs hard-boiled, cool and peel.

Boil rice until tender and rinse.

Take a small round dish, put a glass in the middle. Put the boiled rice in the bottom layer on a dish. Season with salt and grease with mayonnaise.

Lay out a layer of grated eggs. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

Grate cheese curds on a coarse grater.

Lay out a layer of grated cheese curds.

Layer a layer of grated crab meat and garnish with mayonnaise.

Decorate with herbs and red caviar.
