Lean cabbage soup with cabbage and mushrooms

Lean cabbage soup with cabbage and mushrooms is a delicious, rich soup with mushrooms and fresh cabbage for your lean table.

Cooking time 40 minutes


Water 2 l

Dried mushrooms 30 g

White cabbage 100 g

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Tomato paste 2 tbsp l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Bay leaf 2 pcs

Salt to taste


Put the mushrooms in a saucepan, add water and cook, cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.

Fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots in a pan with vegetable oil.

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Put potatoes and shredded cabbage in a saucepan with mushrooms. Cook for 10-12 minutes.

Add fried vegetables.

Add tomato paste, salt and bay leaf.

Cook for another 5-7 minutes.

Lean cabbage soup with mushrooms and cabbage are ready. Pour into plates and serve.
