Beetroot cooler

Beetroot cooler, light and summer soup is ideal for refreshing in hot weather.

Ingredients

Boiled beets 1 pc

Celery (stem) 2 pcs

Green onion (feather) 50 g

Radish 4 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Mineral water to taste

Kefir to taste

Salt to taste

Sugar to taste

Egg 1 pc

Preparation

Finely chop celery, cucumber, radish and onion.

Add boiled egg grated on a fine grater.

Grate beets on a fine grater.

Add beets to vegetables. Add kefir, mineral water, salt and sugar in proportions to your taste. To mix everything.

Serve to the table.
