Vegetable soup in a slow cooker

Delicious, aromatic vegetable soup with chicken broth is very easy to cook in a slow cooker.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Chicken part 1/6 pcs

Onion 1 pc

White cabbage 200 g

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Carrots 2 pcs

Tomatoes 2 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Rinse the meat, peel the onion.

Fold into a multicooker bowl and pour cold water.

Turn on soup mode and cook for 30 minutes. Skim off the foam. Cut the potatoes and carrots into small pieces.

Remove the meat and onion from the broth, strain the broth.

Fold the potatoes and carrots into the broth and cook for 3-5 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes, peppers and shredded cabbage. Season with salt and cook for another 20 minutes.

At the end of cooking add finely chopped dill and boiled boneless meat.

Let it brew a little and pour into plates.
