Sprat soup

Sprat soup, aromatic, budgetary and very simple recipe for every day. And don't say it's not tasty, you just haven't tasted it!

Cooking time 30 minutes


Water 1.5 ml

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Sprat 1 ban.

Onion 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Dill 1 bunch

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Fry finely chopped onions and grated carrots in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Put potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water, cook until tender.

Add the vegetable fry to the pan.

Add canned sprat.

Salt the soup, cook for 2-3 minutes.

Sprat soup is ready. Pour into plates, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and serve.
