Minestrone soup with beans and bacon


Mashed tomatoes 100 g

Canned white beans 50 g

Bacon slice 5 pcs

Bell pepper 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Broth or water 1 l

Parsley (greens) to taste

Salt to taste


Fry finely chopped onion and chopped bacon in strips in vegetable oil.

Add the diced bell pepper.

Place in a saucepan and add mashed tomatoes and canned white beans. Pour with broth and salt.

Add chopped greens with chalk.

Cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes. Pour into plates and serve.
