A charming New Year's salad with delicate squid and mushrooms "Winter Evening".
Cooking time 30 minutes
Fresh champignons 100 g
Cheese 100 g
Squid 3 pcs
Eggs 2 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
Walnuts to taste
Pomegranate seeds to taste
Salt to taste
Defrost the squids.
Boil water, add squid and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Cool the squid.
Rinse and dry champignon mushrooms. You can use both white and brown champignons, they have a richer mushroom taste and aroma.
Fry finely chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil.
Add sliced mushrooms.
Cut the squid into half rings in a bowl.
Add chopped boiled eggs.
Add cooled mushrooms and grated cheese.
Add mayonnaise and salt to taste.
Grind the fried walnuts into crumbs.
Put the salad on a platter and top with the nuts and pomegranate seeds.
"Winter Evening" salad with squid and champignons is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
