Chicken soup set 500 g
Potatoes 4-5 pcs
Broccoli 4-5 pcs
Tomatoes 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Pepper 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Salt to taste
Rinse the chicken bones well, peel the onions. Place the chicken and onions in a saucepan. Cover with cold water. Cook until boiling, remove foam.
Reduce heat and cook broth for 1-1.5 hours. Remove chicken and onion from the finished broth. Strain the broth. Remove the meat from the bones.
Peel the vegetables.
Coarsely chop the potatoes, chop the carrots and peppers a little less. Add vegetables to broth and cook until tender.
Rinse broccoli and tomato.
Cut the broccoli into florets, cut the tomato into cubes. Add to the pan.
Peel the garlic, rinse the herbs.
Chop the garlic and parsley. Add herbs, meat and garlic at the very end. Salt to taste.
Let it brew for 10 minutes under the lid. The delicious Torio stew soup is ready. Can be poured into plates and served.
