Bean soup

This bean soup is a real find for the hostess. A delicious dish that requires a minimum of ingredients.

Beans 150 g

Onion 1 pc

Potatoes 2 pcs

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Greens g

Bay leaf 1 piece

Vegetable oil



Soak the beans for 2-3 hours.

Rinse and put on fire. Cook until half cooked.

Add diced potatoes to a saucepan.

Fry finely chopped onions, garlic and grated carrots in vegetable oil.

Add vegetables to the pot. Add bay leaves and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Add finely chopped greens. Let it brew under the lid.

Pour into bowls and serve with brown bread.
