Soup with dumplings

Delicious chicken soup with dumplings, a bright, warm and cozy soup that is asked to add more and more.

Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes

Rinse two legs, peel the onion.

Fold the legs and onion into a saucepan, pour 2.5-3 liters of cold water and cook, after boiling, remove the foam and cook over low heat for 1 hour.

Add the second finely chopped onion and the carrots grated on a coarse grater. Fry until soft for 3-4 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

In another bowl, beat 2 eggs and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.

Pour the egg mixture into a bowl of flour and knead to a soft dough with quick movements.

Add another 100-150 grams of flour and knead the dough well so that it does not stick to your hands.

Form a sausage from the dough and cut into small pieces.

By pressing with your fingers, you can give dumplings any shape.

Catch the meat from the finished broth, discard the onion.

Add the dumplings to the stock.

Add fried vegetables and cook for 8-10 minutes over medium heat.

Separate the meat from bones and skin. Add meat to the pan.

Add 1 teaspoon salt and finely chopped parsley. Stir and let the soup steep for 10-15 minutes.

The dumplings soup is ready. Pour into plates and serve.
