Homemade beetroot

Homemade beetroot, delicious and delicious lean soup that you can cook every day.

Beet 300 g

Onion 1 pc

Potatoes 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Lemon 1/2 pc

Bay leaf 2 pcs

Vegetable oil



Peel the beets and cook in a saucepan with cold water.

When the beets are cooked, remove and cool. Add diced potatoes to the beetroot broth.

Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in a frying pan, add chopped carrots in strips, fry for 3 minutes, then add everything to the pan.

Cut the beets into strips, add to the pan. Simmer for another 5-7 minutes.

Season with salt, add bay leaf, lemon juice. Close the lid and let it brew. Serve with finely chopped herbs, if desired, add lean mayonnaise.
