Chicken fillet 200 g

Peking cabbage 100 g

Fresh cucumber 2 pcs

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.

1 pinch pepper mixture.

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Rub well with salt and pepper mixture. Lubricate with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of oil and leave for 20 minutes.
