This delicious, rich soup with ribs will bring the whole family together at one table with its aroma.
Cooking time 1 hour 30 minutes
Pork ribs 5-6 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Potatoes 2-3 pcs
Carrot 1 pc
Tomatoes 1 pc
Dill sprigs 2-3 pcs
Salt to taste
Rinse the ribs well, peel the onion.
Place the onion and ribs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Cook over medium heat for 1-1.5 hours. Remember to remove the foam.
Remove the onion from the broth, strain the broth. Peel and dice the potatoes.
Place the potatoes in a saucepan over the ribs and cook for 3-5 minutes. Peel and grate the carrots, peel the tomato and cut into cubes.
Put the tomato and carrots in a saucepan, cook for another 3-5 minutes. At the end of cooking, add finely chopped dill and salt to the soup. Stir and cover.
