Home-style chicken noodle soup

Delicious chicken soup with homemade noodles will fill your home with the aromas of warmth and comfort.

Chicken breast 1 pc

Carrot 1 pc

Onion 1 pc

Chicken broth 1, 5 pieces

Egg 1 pc

Wheat flour of the highest grade 100-150 g

Sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.

Bay leaf 2 pcs



To make the noodles, break the egg into a bowl.

Salt, add 20 ml. water and beat well, add flour.

Knead a very tough dough.

Roll out a very thin layer and leave on the table for 20-30 minutes.

Fry chicken fillet and finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until half cooked.

Transfer to a saucepan, add grated carrots and half of the broth.

Put on fire and simmer for 20 minutes, covered. Add bay leaves.

Cut into thin strips with a sharp knife. The noodles are ready.

Add noodles and remaining broth, cook for another 10-12 minutes. Salt to taste.

When serving, pour into deep bowls and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
