Soup with meatballs and mushrooms

Homemade soup with meatballs and mushrooms will fill the house with delicious aroma and comfort.

Ingredients

Onion 2 pcs

Carrot 1 pc

Champignons 3-5 pcs

Minced meat 200 g

Potatoes 2-3 pcs

Dill sprigs 2-3 pcs

Rice 2 tbsp. l.

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Preparation

Rinse and peel onions, carrots and mushrooms.

Fry finely chopped onions in a pan with vegetable oil. Add grated carrots and sliced ​​mushrooms, fry for 1-2 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into cubes, wash the rice.

Boil 2, 5 -3 liters of water in a saucepan. Add potatoes and rice, cook until tender.

Mix the minced meat with finely chopped dill and onions.

Mix well and form into small meatballs.

Add the fried vegetables with mushrooms to a saucepan with rice and potatoes. At the end add the meatballs and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Let it brew under the lid for 10-12 minutes and serve.
