This is a quick and delicious salad with tuna, rice and cucumber that can be seasoned with vegetable oil or lean mayonnaise.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Canned tuna 1 pc
Canned green peas 100 g
Fresh cucumber 1 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Dill 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Boil rice until tender, rinse and dry.
In a bowl, combine the rice and diced cucumber.
Separate the pieces of tuna from the bones and knead with a fork.
Add tuna, finely chopped dill.
Add canned green peas.
Stir the salad and salt to taste. Season with vegetable oil.
Salad with tuna and cucumber is ready. Put in salad bowls and serve.
