Fried zucchini in batter is a quick snack that can be prepared in just 20 minutes.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Zucchini 1 pc
Eggs 2 pcs
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Parsley (greens) 1 bunch
Flour 3 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.
Garlic clove 2-3 pcs
Salt 1/4 tsp
Rinse and dry young zucchini.
Cut into a bowl into thin rings.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and salt the courgette slices well.
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl with a fork and 1 pinch of salt.
Add 3 tablespoons flour and mix well.
Heat 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Dip the zucchini slices into the batter.
Fry zucchini in batter on one side for 2 minutes until golden brown.
Turn over and fry on the other side for 2 minutes.
Put the finished zucchini on a dish with paper towels, removing excess oil.
Finely chop dill greens, cockerels and peeled 2-3 cloves of garlic.
Put a layer of fried zucchini on a dish.
Sprinkle with chopped herbs and garlic.
Place all fried courgettes in layers on a plate.
Fried zucchini in batter are ready. Can be served at the table.
