Smoked chicken and Korean carrot salad

A delicious salad with smoked chicken and Korean carrots, perfect for any occasion.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Smoked chicken leg 1 pc

Korean carrots 100 g

Cheese 50 g

Bell pepper 1 pc

Eggs 2 pcs

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Salt to taste


Separate the meat from the legs from the bones, boil the eggs until tender.

Dice eggs and chicken into a bowl.

Add diced bell peppers and grated cheese.

Add Korean carrots, chopped herbs and mayonnaise.

Stir the salad and season with salt to taste.

Put in a salad bowl.

Smoked chicken and Korean carrot salad is ready. Can be served at the table.
