Quick salted cucumbers in a jar

This recipe will help you make quick pickled cucumbers in a jar. Cook them in the evening, and by the next dinner you will have fresh quick salted cucumbers.

Cooking time 20 minutes


Fresh cucumbers 600 g

Boiled water (chilled) 1 l

Garlic clove 3-4 pcs

Salt 2, 5 tbsp. l.

Allspice peas 10-15 pcs

Dill 1 bunch


Rinse cucumbers well.

Cut off the ponytails on both sides.

If the cucumbers are large, cut into pieces and place in a jar.

Add 2, 5 tablespoons of salt and 10-15 peas of allspice to the jar.

Add 3-4 chopped garlic cloves.

Top with dill.

Pour boiled chilled water over the cucumbers and close the lid.

Put the jar of cucumbers in the refrigerator for a day.

Quick salted cucumbers in a jar are ready. Can be served at the table.
