Packaged pickled cucumbers are a quick snack that can be prepared for any occasion.
Cooking time 10 minutes
Fresh cucumbers 1 kg
Dill 1 bunch
Salt 1 tbsp l.
Allspice peas 5-6 pcs
Head of garlic 1 pc
Wash cucumbers well.
Cut off the ponytails from both sides.
Wash dill greens and chop coarsely, peel and chop young garlic, cook salt and pepper.
Fold the cucumbers into a bag.
Add dill and chopped garlic to the cucumbers.
Add salt and pepper to the bag with cucumbers.
Tie the bag and shake well to mix everything evenly.
Put in the refrigerator or in the shade, if you are outdoors, for 2 hours.
Lightly salted cucumbers in a bag are ready in 10 minutes. Can be served at the table.
