A delicious, quick pan-fried eggplant and cheese snack that can be prepared in just 20 minutes.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Eggplant 2-3 pcs
Unrefined sunflower oil TM "Aleika" 3-4 tbsp. l.
Hard cheese 200 g
Mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.
Garlic clove 2 pcs
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry the eggplants.
Cut into circles and season with salt.
Place on napkins to remove excess oil.
Grate cheese into a bowl, add chopped dill. Season with finely chopped or garlic-pressed garlic and mayonnaise. Mix.
Place the cheese filling over the eggplant slices.
Eggplant and cheese appetizer is ready. Can be served at the table.
