Zucchini appetizer with herbs

Delicate fried zucchini in batter, this summer appetizer of young zucchini with herbs will decorate any table.

Ingredients

Young zucchini 1-2 pcs

Eggs 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Dill (greens) 1 bunch

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Garlic clove 2 pcs

Salt 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Rinse and dry the zucchini, cut into rings, 1/2 cm thick.

Salt the zucchini rings and put in a bowl, leave for 10 minutes.

In another bowl, whisk eggs and mayonnaise.

Add flour TM "Aleika", from the generous fields of Altai, and salt a little. Mix the batter well.

Dip zucchini rings in batter.

Cool the finished zucchini.

Chop the herbs and garlic finely.

Put the zucchini on a dish in layers, sprinkling generously with herbs and garlic.
