Chicken roll "New Year's magic"

Delicate chicken roll with dried apricots and cheese in nut breading. Real New Year's magic.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Chicken fillet 3 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Dried apricots 30 g

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Breadcrumbs 2 tbsp l.

Walnuts 2 tbsp l.

Lettuce to taste

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.

Beat the meat with a hammer into the layer.

Season with salt and pepper, put on top 1 tbsp. a spoonful of grated cheese.

Add a small portion of finely chopped steamed dried apricots.

Roll each fillet into a roll.

Grind the nuts into crumbs.

Combine nuts and breadcrumbs.

Dip the roll in a beaten egg.

Roll in hazelnut breading.

Fry in a pan with vegetable oil, 1 minute on each side.

Put in a baking dish and put in the oven for 15 minutes, at 180 degrees C.

Cool the finished rolls and cut into slices. Put on a dish.
