"Hungarian" pickled mushroom salad

Salad with pickled mushrooms "Vengerka" is a charming salad with mushrooms and olives that will please your guests.

Canned corn 100 g

Marinated champignons 100 g

Ham 100 g

Olives (pitted) 8-10 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Put pickled mushrooms and corn into a bowl.

Add diced ham and cucumber.

Add chopped olives, finely chopped herbs and mayonnaise.

Stir and salt to taste.

Put in salad bowls.

The salad with pickled mushrooms "Hungarian" is ready. Can be served at the table.
