Chicken breast roll

Delicate chicken roll with mushrooms, cheese and prunes ... I already want a piece!

Chicken breast 1 pc

Cheese 100 g

Fresh champignons 100 g

Prunes 50 g

Onion 1 pc

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the chicken breast.

Separate the bones from the breast.

Put the skin down, cover with a bag on top and beat off into the layer. Salt.

Cut the mushrooms into strips, finely chop the onion.

Fry mushrooms and onions in vegetable oil and salt.

Cut the soaked prunes into a bowl.

Add mushrooms and stir.

Place the filling over the meat.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Roll up tightly with a roll and tie with culinary thread. Secure the edges with toothpicks.

Put in a baking dish and just grease the skin with vegetable oil.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.

Judge the finished roll and remove the threads and toothpicks. Cut into slices.

Put on a dish. Decorate as desired.
