Lavash roll with tomato cheese

Lavash roll with tomato and cheese is an amazingly tasty snack that can be prepared very quickly.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Armenian lavash 1 piece

Tomato 2 pcs

Cheese 100 g

Processed cheese 2-3 tbsp. l.

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Salt to taste


Expand the lavash and coat with cheese.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes into a bowl.

Add grated cheese and finely chopped parsley. Mix well and salt the filling.

Put the filling on the pita bread.

Wrap in a roll.

Cut into slices with a sharp knife.

Put on a platter and serve.
