Stuffed cucumbers with caviar

Stuffed cucumbers with caviar is a delicious and effective appetizer for a festive table. Just 15 minutes and the appetizer is ready!

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Eggs 2 pcs

Red caviar 50 g

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Green onions to taste

Salt to taste


Rinse and dry the cucumber. Cut the cucumber into slices with a peeler.

Break eggs into a bowl. Beat well with salt.

Prepare egg pancakes by frying on both sides, 2-3 jokes.

Crumble the pancakes into a bowl and mix with mayonnaise.

Make rolls from cucumber strips and fasten with green onion feathers. Stuff the pancake rolls.

Place the red caviar on top.

The appetizer is ready and can be served with the festive table.
