Stuffed eggs "Winter Snack" is an ideal snack for a festive table. And also such snacks are great in cases where guests suddenly accidentally ran in for a minute.
Cooking time 20 minutes
Eggs 4-5 pcs
Gherkins (small) 10 pcs
Sausage cervelat 5-6 pieces
Green onions to taste
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.
A clove of garlic 1 pc
Boil eggs until tender, cool and peel.
Cut into halves and place on a dish.
Mix the yolks with mayonnaise and pressed garlic. Salt to taste.
Stuff the egg halves with the filling.
Wrap the gherkin with half a slice of cervelat and tie with an onion feather.
Place on top of the egg halves.
