Chicken roll "Delicacy"

Chicken roll "Delicatessen" is a real find and a super-original appetizer for the New Year's table. If your guests taste this roll, then he will not stand on the festive table for long.

Cooking time 3 hours


Chicken fillet 500 g

Gelatin 20 g

Dried garlic 1/2 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp


Rinse and dry the meat.

Chop the meat finely with a knife and place in a bowl.

Add dry garlic, salt and dry gelatin.

Mix the mixture well. Place in a baking bag.

It is good to form a mass and release excess air.

Shove in a canned pineapple jar. Screw on the bag and pinch.

Put in the mold and pierce the bag in a couple of places. Cook for 1 hour at 180 degrees C.

Cool the roll for a couple of hours in the cold. Better in the refrigerator overnight.

Remove the roll from the bag and cut into slices.

Put on a dish, decorate as desired.
