Chicken fillet with mushrooms, minimum ingredients, but what a result! Another recipe for a delicious snack for the New Year's table.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Fresh champignons 7-10 pcs
Chicken fillet (large) 2 pcs
Bell pepper 1 pc
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Universal seasoning 1 tbsp. l.
Lettuce leaves for decoration
Parsley (herbs) for decoration
Rinse and peel the mushrooms. Cut into slices and fry in vegetable oil. Salt a little.
Rinse and dry the chicken fillet.
Place on a flat surface, cover with thick plastic and beat well. Place the meat in a layer on a larger piece of foil.
Sprinkle well with all-purpose seasoning and rub into the meat.
Put chopped bell pepper, finely chopped dill and fried mushrooms on the fillet.
Wrap in a roll in the same foil, twisting tightly.
Cook in the oven at 180 degrees C for 1 hour.
Cool and cut into slices. Place on a platter with lettuce and garnish with parsley.
Serve to the New Year's table.
