Lightly salted cucumbers "Crispy"

Everyone loves delicious and aromatic crispy lightly salted cucumbers. This wonderful appetizer that complements any hot dish will come in handy on any table.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Ground cucumbers 1 kg

Dill 1 bunch

Parsley (greens) 1 bunch

Green onion (feather) 1 bunch

Garlic 2-3 pcs

Currants 4-5 branches.

Salt 1 tbsp l.

Sweet peas 5-7 pcs

Water 1.5 l

Sugar 1 tsp


Wash cucumbers well.

Cut off the ponytails. Cut lengthwise into quarters.

Rinse greens and garlic.

Put cucumbers and coarsely chopped herbs with garlic in a jar.

Pour warm boiled water into a bowl, add salt, sugar and crushed allspice.

Pour marinade over and leave for 3-4 hours.

Put the prepared lightly salted cucumbers on a dish with herbs and serve.
