Roll with onions and eggs

This original appetizer will claim to be the main dish throughout the festive evening. The roll with onions and eggs turns out to be so tasty that the hand involuntarily reaches for a portion.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Eggs (for dough) 4 pcs

Eggs (for filling) 3 pcs

Wheat flour 70 g

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Provencal mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Green onions 1 bunch

Pinch salt.


Beat eggs in a bowl until stiff.

Add flour, salt and oil.

Beat the dough well.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment and pour out the dough. Level well.

Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees C.

Remove the finished cake from the parchment and cool on a towel.

In a bowl, combine boiled grated eggs and finely chopped green onions.

Season with mayonnaise and put the filling on the cake.

Roll up and put in the cold for a couple of hours.

Cut into slices and place on a salad platter. Roll with onions and eggs is ready. Can be served with a festive table.
