Pork (pulp without fat) 500 g
Mustard 1 tbsp l.
Ketchup 1 tbsp l.
Garlic clove 3 pcs
Salt to taste
Rinse and dry the meat. Rub well with salt.
In a bowl, combine ketchup and mustard, peel the garlic and cut into slices.
Lash the meat with garlic slices, making cuts with a knife.
Coat with mixture on all sides.
Wrap in plastic wrap and put in a cool place for 1-2 hours to marinate.
Put the meat in a deep dish and bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 1 hour.
Cool the finished meat.
Prazdnichnaya pork boiled pork is ready. Cut into slices. Put on a platter and serve to the festive table.
