Delicious sandwiches with chicken liver pate, which will decorate any festive tola.
Cooking time 30 minutes
Chicken liver 300 g
Onion 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3-5 tbsp. l.
Loaf slice 5-7 pcs
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Rinse the liver well.
Fold in a saucepan and add water, cook until tender for 20 minutes.
Cut the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil.
Suck the boiled liver and put in a blender bowl, add onion and butter.
Add salt and ground pepper.
Punch well into a homogeneous mass, and refrigerate in the refrigerator.
Cut the loaf into pieces.
Dry in a toaster or baking sheet.
Put the pate on the toast.
Decorate with small pieces of vegetables, olives and herbs.
