Filled tortillas


Chicken fillet 200 g

Garlic clove 1-2 g

Paprika to taste

Salt to taste

Tabasco sauce to taste

Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. l.

Radish (for salad) 3 pcs

Bulgarian pepper (for salad) 1/4 pcs

Tomatoes (for salad) 1/2 pc

Lemon juice (for salad) to taste

Parsley (greens) (for salad) 2-3 sprigs.

Canned corn (for salad) 2 tbsp l.

Flatbread 2 pcs

Marinate the chicken fillet in a mixture of finely grated garlic, paprika, salt and Tabasco sauce. Mix the ingredients to taste. Marinate for 3 hours.

Fry in vegetable oil until tender.

Finely chop the vegetables and finely grate the radishes.

Cut the chicken into cubes and add to the vegetables.

Add corn, salt and lemon juice to taste.

Cut 2 tortillas lengthwise, but not completely.

Stuff with a mixture of vegetables and chicken. Done.
