Minced meat roll

A delicious minced meat roll on the festive table will cause an unprecedented stir among the guests.

Cooking time 50 minutes


Onion (large) 1 pc

Minced meat 1 kg

Garlic clove 4 pcs

Smoked sausage 100 g

Hard cheese 50 g

Broccoli inflorescences 4-5 pcs

Lettuce leaves 3-4 pcs

Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp. l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Cut the onion into half rings, season with salt and pepper to taste, fry in vegetable oil.

Add salt and pepper to taste, grated garlic into mashed mince. Mix.

Cut the sausage into strips.

Mix with onion.

Form a rectangular pancake from the minced meat, placing it on a cling film, and put on the nago filling (sausage with onions) across the entire width.

Roll the minced meat into a roll, helping yourself with a film, and then wrap it tightly with it. Wrap in foil and bake for about half an hour at 180 C.

Unfold the roll, remove the foil and cling film. Put the cheese plastics on top and bake again until golden brown.

When serving, cut diagonally. Garnish with broccoli fried in vegetable oil and lettuce leaves.
