Pancakes with fish and cheese

Delicate, delicious pancakes with fish and cheese, another great recipe for your New Year's piggy bank.

Cooking time 30 minutes

Ingredients

Skimmed milk 500 ml

Lightly salted red fish 200 g

Hard cheese 100 g

Wheat flour 150 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. l.

Provencal mayonnaise 2-3 tbsp l.

Dill 1 bunch

Salt to taste

Preparation

Beat eggs in a bowl.

Add butter and milk.

Add flour and salt.

Stir well with a whisk until smooth. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Bake pancakes in a frying pan on both sides.

Put hot pancakes in a stack and let cool.

For the filling, cut the cheese and fish into small pieces, chop the dill.

Put the fish, cheese, dill and mayonnaise in a blender bowl.

Punch through all ingredients until smooth.

Spread the pancakes and stack three pieces on top of each other, smear the top too.

Roll three missed pancakes into rolls. Put in the cold for 20-30 minutes.

Cut into small portions and place on a salad platter.

Pancakes with fish and cheese are ready. Can be served to the New Year's table. It turns out a very tasty and delicate snack.
