Tomatoes stuffed with cheese

One of the best summer combinations you can think of. An appetizing dish can become the highlight of the festive table setting, and the simplicity of preparation will turn the most ordinary dinner into a festive one.

Cooking time 15 minutes


Tomatoes 2 pcs

Fresh cucumber 1 pc

Cheese 50 g

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Dill 2 sprigs

Parsley (greens) for decorating twigs.


Wash the tomatoes and remove the core and half of the pulp.

Grate cheese, chop dill, grate cucumber and remove excess juice. Mix everything with mayonnaise and salt to taste. Stuff the tomatoes with salad.

Place on a platter and garnish with parsley. Serve to the table.
