Jellied "Special"

On the eve of the New Year, each hostess plans a menu for the festive table. Unusual and very tasty aspic "Osoboe" is the very appetizer that no New Year's table should do without.

Cooking time 2 hours 20 minutes


Chicken breast 1 pc

Gelatin 25 g

Boiled water 1 stack.

Pickled green olives 4-5 pcs

Egg 1 pc

Fresh cucumber 1/2 pc

Canned corn 2 tbsp l.

Bulgarian pepper 1 piece

Parsley (greens) 1-2 branches.

Salt to taste


Cook chicken breast for 2 hours. Cool, separate the meat from the bones. Strain the broth.

Soak gelatin in a glass of cold boiled water. When swollen, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir with 1/2 liter of broth. Salt well.

Mix the meat with finely chopped bell peppers, hard-boiled egg, cucumber, olives, corn and herbs. Put the whole mixture in a mold or bowl.

Pour the broth with gelatin. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

Remove, turn into a plate and cut into portions. Decorate with herbs.
