Cooking time 15 minutes
Fresh cucumber 3-5 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Dill (greens) 1 bunch
Refined rapeseed oil. 2 tbsp. l.
Vinegar 3 tbsp l.
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Wash and dry cucumbers.
Cut into slices and place in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper and chopped onion in half rings. Mix well.
Add vegetable dill, oil and vinegar. Mix well and leave for 1 hour.
Put on a platter and serve.
