Home salted pink salmon


1 fresh frozen pink salmon, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of coarse salt, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar, 1/2 lemon, 7-8 olives.

For seasoning:

ground black and red pepper, paprika, mustard seed, dried garlic, dried herbs.

All spices are taken at your discretion but no more than 10 grams.


Peel the fish from scales and entrails, separate the head and fins. Sprinkle liberally with a mixture of salt and sugar. Mix all the spices and rub the fish with 12 parts of the mixture.

Put the fish in a bowl and sprinkle with the remaining seasoning on top. We close the lid and put in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

If you want the fish to be beautifully shaped and not disintegrate, wrap those fish in a cotton cloth so that it absorbs excess liquid and leave it in a bowl for 12 hours. When serving, decorate the sliced ​​fish with lemon wedges, onions and olives, which will perfectly emphasize the taste of the fish.
