Sausages in the "Bombs" dough

Everyone loves dough sausages. Both children and adults. This is another option for making delicious sausages in dough, which disappear from the table in no time.

Yeast puff pastry 300 g

Sausages (small) 6-8 pcs

Egg yolk 1 pc

Poppy 1 tsp


Remove the sausage casing (leave natural). Defrost the dough well.

Roll out the dough into a layer and cut into strips. Wrap each sausage with dough.

Put on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Coat with whipped yolk and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees C for 10-12 minutes.

Cool the prepared sausages in the "Bombochki" dough.
