Lavash roll with minced meat

A simple and tasty hot appetizer for your festive table.

Cooking time 30 minutes


Minced meat 200 g

Cheese 50 g

Onion 1 pc

Lavash 1 pc

Tomato paste 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste


Put the minced meat in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil and knead well.

Add finely chopped onion and fry, 5-6 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste and add tomato paste. Stir and cool.

Put the minced meat on a thin pita bread and flatten.

Top with grated cheese.

Roll up roll.

Grease the top with mayonnaise and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.

Cool the finished roll a little and cut into slices. Place on a platter and garnish with herbs and pickled gherkins or small pickled cucumbers.
