Crab stick tartlets

Salad and appetizer rolled into one for your festive table. The perfect combination to surprise guests.

Crab sticks 100 g

Tartlets 6-8 pcs

Cheese 50 g

Eggs 2 pcs

Mayonnaise 2 tbsp l.

Red caviar 2 tbsp l.

Parsley (greens) to taste


Finely chop the crab sticks, grate the cheese and mix in a bowl.

Add grated boiled eggs and mayonnaise.

Stir the salad.

Stuff the prepared tartlets with salad.

Top with caviar and garnish with a sprig of parsley.

Place the salad and caviar tartlets on a platter.
