Pancakes with red caviar

Pancakes with red caviar, an ideal snack on the festive table!

Cooking time 20 minutes


Milk 300 ml

Flour 170 g

Red caviar 50 g

Eggs 3 pcs

Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Processed cheese 2 tbsp. l.

Green onion (feather) 2-3 pcs

Salt 1/4 tsp


Beat 3 eggs in a bowl.

Add 300 ml of milk.

Add 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Add 170 g flour and 1/4 teaspoon of salt, beat the dough well with a whisk.

Bake thin pancakes in a hot skillet on both sides.

Fold the pancakes in a pile and cool.

Place the pancakes overlapping each other and brush with cheese.

Roll up roll.

Cut into pieces and place on a dish. Top with red caviar and green onions.
