Cheese 100 g

Eggs 4 pcs

Red bell pepper 1 pc

Mayonnaise 1 tbsp l.

Mustard 1 tsp

Greens (for decoration) to taste


Boil eggs, cool and peel.

Cut into halves, remove the yolks.

Combine grated cheese and yolks in a bowl.

Add mayonnaise and mustard. Mix well.

Stuff the whites with the filling.

Make bell pepper cap and nose and insert pepper eyes. Get creative with a beard made from mayonnaise or curd cheese.

Decorate all egg halves.

Cool the appetizer in the refrigerator and serve with the festive table.
